Job Description: We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our software solutions. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions and differentiate Cody Developers in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience selling software or technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and an understanding of software solutions and their applications.
  • Experience in consultative selling, where you can identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of market trends and industry dynamics related to software solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
