9.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim against us, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@codydevelopers.com. We will try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or Cody Developers may bring a formal proceeding.

9.2 Arbitration:  Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration laws of The Republic of Kenya. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

9.3 Class Action Waiver: You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and you agree not to bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the website.
